Laser Therapy, also known as cold laser therapy, is an effective way to control pain and inflammation and speed healing for pets with wounds or post-operative incisions, chronic arthritis, skin infections (ears!), and acute joint injury (cruciate ligaments). It can reduce the amount of medication required for pets with liver or kidney disease, and many clients notice improved performance in their pets with arthritis, compared to medication alone. Curious? We can often do the procedure in the room with the client present. Treatment length varies from 10 to 20 minutes depending upon the area and pet. Number of treatments depend upon the condition, with chronic arthritis requiring the greatest number of follow-up visits. Call to schedule an appointment (407 678 2200) today!
